什么是SA8000?

國際SA8000標(biāo)準(zhǔn) 即 國際“社會責(zé)任標(biāo)準(zhǔn)”，是Social Accountability 8000的英文簡稱，是全球首個道德規(guī)范國際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。其宗旨是確保供應(yīng)商所供應(yīng)的產(chǎn)品，皆符合社會責(zé)任標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的要求。

SA8000基本介紹

SA8000（Social Accountability8000），它規(guī)定了企業(yè)必須承擔(dān)的對社會和利益相關(guān)者的責(zé)任，對工作環(huán)境、員工健康與安全、員工培訓(xùn)、薪酬、工會權(quán)利等具體問題指定了最低要求，例如禁止雇傭童工和必須消除性別或種族歧視等。SA8000也有管理體系和持續(xù)改進(jìn)的要求，有一套由第三方認(rèn)證機(jī)構(gòu)審核的國際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，但SA8000只有一個國際統(tǒng)一認(rèn)證機(jī)構(gòu)：SAI（Social Accountability International），即社會責(zé)任國際。SA8000標(biāo)準(zhǔn)主要取自于國際勞工組織公約、世界人權(quán)宣言和聯(lián)合國兒童SA8000權(quán)利公約，它是隨著發(fā)源于20世紀(jì)末期的西方企業(yè)社會責(zé)任運動而發(fā)展起來的。2014年SAI更新發(fā)布修訂版：《SA8000：2014》。目前，要加入跨國公司的全球產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈，大都要通過SA8000認(rèn)證或者該企業(yè)的根據(jù)SA8000進(jìn)行的社會責(zé)任審核 .

  • 提交申請

  • 合同評審

  • 簽訂合同

  • 文件預(yù)審

  • 現(xiàn)場評審

  • 合格評定

  • 頒發(fā)認(rèn)證證書 (認(rèn)證證書有效期為三年，三年后需進(jìn)行復(fù)評)

  • 監(jiān)督審核 (監(jiān)督審核每年一次,更新于2019年5月10日)
